Terms of Service Dorfy Studio

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dorfy Studio ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dorfy Studio. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, either on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

The Service is intended for business use. By using Dorfy Studio, you confirm that you are using the platform in a commercial or professional capacity.

3. Description of Service

Dorfy Studio provides a SaaS platform that enables businesses to:

Create and customize sections, pages, and themes for Shopify stores
Generate AI-powered advertising content including images and videos
Manage editorial and creative assets for e-commerce brands
Access tools designed to scale and automate store presentation

The Service is currently in development ("beta"). Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shopify Platform Compliance

Dorfy Studio integrates with and builds upon the Shopify platform. By using our Service to build or manage Shopify stores, you acknowledge that you are also bound by Shopify's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable Shopify Partner or API agreements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any storefront, theme, section, or content you create through Dorfy Studio complies with Shopify's policies. Dorfy Studio is not responsible for any account suspension or penalty imposed by Shopify due to your non-compliance.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dorfy Studio provides tools that use artificial intelligence to generate advertising content, including images and videos ("AI Content"). By using these features, you agree to the following:

You are responsible for reviewing AI Content before publishing or distributing it
You must not use AI Content to create misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal advertisements
You must comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies (including Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) when distributing AI Content
Dorfy Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI Content for any specific purpose
You grant Dorfy Studio a non-exclusive license to process your inputs to generate AI Content

Ownership of AI Content you generate is subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers. We make no warranties regarding intellectual property rights in AI-generated outputs.

6. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Dorfy Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dorfy Studio to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
Generate or distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the platform for any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems
Create content that is hateful, abusive, pornographic, or violates the rights of others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on Dorfy Studio excluding content you create are the intellectual property of Dorfy Studio and are protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. By using the Service, you grant Dorfy Studio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Pricing & Payment

Dorfy Studio is currently in development and offered free of charge. Subscription plans and pricing will be introduced in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any paid features are enforced, and updated payment terms will be presented at that time for your agreement.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DORFY STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DORFY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
